COVID-19 VACCINE UPDATE

With the COVID-19 Vaccine on the horizon, we anticipate questions from family members. Below is a link to MDH with some useful information on the Phases of release of the vaccine.

At the time the COVID-19 vaccine does become available it will be offered to all staff and residents within our facility.

We expect soon we will be contacting families to obtain consents, provide information and answer any questions regarding this vaccine.
