**COVID 19 Vaccine Clinic Dates & Times**

1st Clinic- All residents and staff

1/4/21 4pm-8pm

2nd clinic- All residents and staff 2nd doses. Any staff or residents missed.

2/3/21 4pm-8pm

3rd Clinic- 2nd vaccine for people who received 1st dose on 2/3/21.

Staff and residents will be receiving the Moderna Vaccine.
