COVID-19 INFECTION CONTROL SURVEY

Cornerstone Villa recently had a member of Minnesota Department of Health Survey Team visit our facility.

This survey member was here for an Infection Control Inspection, which is follow up procedure with reporting of our previous COVID-19 positive cases.

All of us at Cornerstone are pleased to say we passed our Infection Control Survey with zero deficiencys!

Thank you to ALL of our staff, for your dilegence following proper infection control protocols and keeping our facility safe!
