Staff will continue to be tested twice per week. Residents will be tested should they show signs/symptoms of COVID-19.

Should we have any resident test positive for COVID-19 we will again activiate our COVID-19 unit.

Staff are equipped with specific training and Protective equipment to continue to provide safe and quality care for the residents in our community.

We want to keep you as current as possible with what is happening at Cornerstone Villa.

We are taking every effort to prevent the spread of COVID 19 and to keep everyone safe and healthy.

We have restricted all visitation at this time. We are communicating with the Minnesota Department of Health.

Any staff member who has any signs or symptoms of COVID 19 will be excluded from work and be tested.

With the county positivity rate above 10% we will adhere to MNDOH guidelines and have suspended all visits.
