Staff and residents will be tested twice per week.

Because of the positive test result and adhering to Minnesota Department of Health guidelines we are unable to have visits at this time.

Per MDH guidelines, we need to have 14 days of zero positives of staff and residents to continue with visits.

Our Activity Department will contact family to schedule visits when we are able.

Should we have any resident test positive for COVID-19 we will activiate our COVID-19 unit.

Staff are equipped with specific training and Protective equipment to continue to provide safe and quality care for the residents in our community.

We want to keep you as current as possible with what is happening at Cornerstone Villa.

We are taking every effort to prevent the spread of COVID 19 and to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Any staff member who has any signs or symptoms of COVID 19 will be excluded from work and be tested.
